  12. All modems today have register S0 set to the number of rings before it picks
  13. up and answers.  Are there any that let you set the time between these rings,
  14. so that a longer delay between rings will still count toward that total?  I
  15. don't know of any offhand...  It appears the delay is normally something like
  16. 8 seconds, I'd like to be able to up that to 12-20 seconds.  Are there any
  17. modems out there that provide this capability, or some way to simulate it with
  18. another device sitting on the line before the modem??
